About Me

Michael De Los Angeles is an actor, writer, musician, and voice actor based in the New York/New Jersey area. Raised in an artistic family with a deep love for music, creativity was a part of his life from an early age. He began playing guitar at six years old and quickly developed a passion for music, dedicating years to honing his craft. For much of his childhood and teenage years, his goal was to become a professional guitarist.

That path shifted during his senior year of high school when he enrolled in a musical theatre class as an elective. Having always been fascinated by film and television, he was curious about acting, but never expected it to become a defining part of his life. The experience sparked an immediate connection to performance, and he knew he had found the career he wanted to pursue.

Michael went on to earn his BFA in Acting from Montclair State University, where he developed his craft both in the classroom and on stage. His theater credits include the Off-Broadway productions Abandon All Hope and I Think We're Lost, both written by Peter Fenton. During his time at Montclair State, he appeared in productions such as The Rover by Aphra Behn, The Illusionist by Tony Kushner, and the original play The Ultimate Kahoots by Lou Moreno. His screen work includes several short films as well as an independent feature film.

As a storyteller, Michael is drawn to work that explores the complexity of the human experience—stories that are grounded, emotionally honest, and unafraid to embrace both the beautiful and uncomfortable moments that connect us. Whether performing on stage, in front of a camera, or behind a microphone, he strives to bring truth, curiosity, and humanity to every role.

When he's not performing, writing, or recording, you can usually find him playing guitar, working on creative projects, or getting lost in a good video game.
